Rock County Waterproofing Guide is a free directory of waterproofing businesses in Rock County. Your listing pulls from publicly available information, and your score comes from a fixed rubric applied to every Google review of your business. We do not charge for listings, and payment never changes a score or ranking. This page explains what you can request and how we handle each type of request. Corrections to factual fields

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service offerings can all be corrected. Send us the right information along with proof, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we verify it, the correction stays in place through future data refreshes.

Disputing a score

Scores are never hand-changed. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always with the source data: your listing matched to the wrong business, reviews credited to you that belong elsewhere, or a summary that misrepresents what your reviewers actually wrote. We re-check the sources and rebuild your listing. We do not treat a dispute as a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the input data is incorrect.

Removal requests

You can request removal if your business is permanently closed, if your listing is a duplicate, or if you fall outside the directory's scope. Our monthly verification also finds and removes closed businesses on its own. An accurate and in-scope listing will not be removed just because you ask; if we decline, we tell you why plainly.
